My Shop
is a portal site that allows our customers to pick the news items and
information they are interested in. The portal is similar to the portals
provided by Yahoo and Lycos and is FREE for use by The Internet Shop's
customers.
1. To get started quickly with the portal site, just click on
My Shop link in the right hand column. Try
it now! If you don't want to customize your portal, then that's fine. If
you do though, follow the rest of these instructions.
2. To set up your own portal account, click on the
Register link in the right hand column.
Fill out the information in the form page and make sure you use your correct
email address! Portal accounts created with an invalid email address will
be deleted. Your email address will NOT be given out to anyone. The
password you select is ONLY for My Shop logon purposes.
3. Click on the Register button at the bottom of the page.
4. On our main page, click on Logon, and then type in your email address
and the password you picked for the portal.
5. Once you log in, you can click on the My Portal page and it will show
YOUR page. You can customize this page by using the Configure and Layout
buttons at the top. More help can be found by using the Help button at the
top of your portal page.
