The Educational Art Institute is an enjoyable yet intensive, five day learning experience for porcelain artists. It is designed for all levels and experience in china painting.The purpose of The Institute is to improve our skills and techniques in the fine art of china painting while increasing our knowledge of the basic art principles of drawing, design and composition, balance, color theory, value, intensity and texture.This approach will provide students an opportunity to experience multiple new ideas in one-to-three classes each day. As a result, students will take home numerous projects rather than only one completed project for the week. Please note that firing may be limited so come prepared to transport wet pieces home. |
