PAINTING CHALLENGE

Take The Challenge 

Your challenge design was published in "The Art Inerchange" around 1888. We want you to take the

painting challenge in 2008, using the design your creativity and techniques to create something beautiful and unique.

The size of the completed piece is your choice.

Upon completion email a 5" x 7", 300 dpi image of your piece and article on how you approached the challenge,

explaining the various techniques you used and any interesting mishaps or success before you got to the challenge finish line.

A challenge committee will select the winning entry. The photo and information will be printed in The China Painter Magazine.

A Grand prize of a lovely German Tureen approximately 13" x 8" will be sent to the challenge winner.

The challenge deadline is Nov. 1, 2008. Email your image and article when it is completed prior to the deadline
